The Adaptive Fitness program, a collaborative effort from the Children's Hospital, YMCA of Central Ohio and Columbus Recreation and Parks -Therapeutic Recreation program.

Designed for the physically and visually impaired, these sessions provide individualized exercised programs. These sessions are not a rehabilitation protocol, rather it aims to teach the participants skills that will allow the use of fitness facilities.
