The success of any large event relies on it's volunteers. 50 Wheelchair basketball games will be played during the 3 day tournament.
Thursday March 13, Friday March 14 and Saturday March 15, 2008 I want to
thank everyone who has volunteered to make this event the success it will be
because of your efforts.

If i put you in a time that you are unable to be there, please let me
know immediately...im sure i made some mistakes.

If you feel like i scheduled you too much, or not enough, please let me

I may end up dropping a shift of yours, however i will not add anything
to your schedule unless you ask me to.
IMPORTANT
General Information:

I will be in the Davis Gym of the RPAC
(where the tournament is being held) from 12pm-6pm on Wednesday, March
12th. Feel free to stop by any time in this window and i will train you
on your position. We should have most of the equipment there, so i can
show you how to use it.

If you cannot make it Wednesday, thats ok.
However you MUST be able to make it to the RPAC at least 30-45 minutes
before your first game, so i can train you then. [factor this in while
checking your schedule].

parking information after i talk to T&P. If you need directions, just
email me, ill get you here :)

If you are free Wednesday, March 12th, and would like to help out, all
the teams will be arriving that afternoon/evening. If you'd like to help
with registration, equipment hauling or air port welcoming shoot me an
email

the schedule for Saturday (as far a who is working what games) may
change. However, Saturday we will be needing extra support staff, so i
may just be shifting people around. If you can attend when you are not
scheduled on Saturday, we will definitely still be able to use you
|

- Run the 35 Second Shot Clocks.
